Product Design:
We consider ourselves consultants to our customer's project from infancy to completion working with them to provide the products they need. We can aid in the design of new products as well as reverse engineering an existing product.

Mold Fabrication:
We provide aluminum, cast aluminum, stainless steel and machine molds dependent upon your requirements. Our in-house tooling department allows us to continually look for improvements in tooling efficiency that can be passed onto our customers. Our tooling department also can provide mold modifications and mold maintenance.
- Short lead times on mold fabrication, usually 3-6 weeks.
Materials:
Romotech specializes in working with the following materials to create custom rotational molded products. We work with the material that best suits your application and requirements.
- LLDPE - Resign offers good impact strength, low shrinkage, good wrap resistance and good flexibility.
- HDPE - Offers high stiffness, impact strength and excellent chemical resistance.
- Borecene - Superior to PE in terms of improved mechanical properties such as low temperature impact and tensile properties. Good for diesel and hydraulic tank applications.
- Cross-Linked PE - Exhibits excellent impact strength, tear strength, tensile creep resistance, as well as exceptional stress crack resistance. Applications include marine / RV fuel tanks, large refuse containers and outdoor storage tank vessels.
- One-step foam structurally reinforced plastics - Foam adds stiffness and structural strength along with sound insulation properties. Uses include engine covers and other sound barrier applications.
