Material:
We use material best suited to your application, including materials that meet FDA, USCG, DOT, RVIA, NMMA, IRC and BOCA code requirements.

  • LLDPE, HDPE, Cross-Linked PE, Borecene and One-step foam available.
  • Additives for color, UV stabilizers for weather resistance, flame retardants or anti static additives can be specified.

Molded-in Inserts:
Inserts can be screw machine parts, casting, or support bars incorporated directly into your rotationally molded part.

  • T-nut inserts - for light duty applications and minimal metal exposure.
  • Single Hex nut inserts
  • Double Hex nut insert
  • Pipe Thread inserts

Graphic Applications:
Mold-in-graphics are excellent for instructions, company logos and warning labels. This process incorporates a decal into a rotationally molded part and is permanent.

  • The Graphics will have the same wear and UV properties of the plastic part.
  • Made from a similar polymer to that of the final part.

Adhesive Post-mold Graphics are applied using an adhesive backing after the part has been molded.

Spin Welding Application:
Spin welding: A means of using friction heat caused by the rapid spinning one surface, under pressure against another, to melt the interface and cause the two surfaces to bond together. This process eliminates the need for gaskets that can leak over time. Spin welding will produce a leak-free fitting.

Skin and Foam Application: A unique one-step process consisting of a PE foam sandwiched between two layers of PE skin. This processing method provides a much stronger more rigid finished product in addition to the sound insulation properties the foam provides.

  • Engine covers
  • Sound walls
  • Grill tables
  • Pallets

Foam Applications:
A secondary operation performed to add PU foam for floatation or insulation properties.

  • Livestock waters
  • Underground insulated pipe
  • Aeration fountains
